If you’re outside our local call-out area, you can use our UK-wide mail-in repair service. We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, iPads, and many other smartphones and tablets.
We use genuine parts where available, as well as premium high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and availability.

Generate Label
Select ‘Mail-In’ in our booking form, then securely package your device and send it to us via tracked/insured postage at your own cost.

Free Dropoff
Put your phone in a padded bag, stick on the label, and drop it off at any Post Office. Safe and fully trackable.

Inspection & Repair
Upon arrival at our central cleanroom, we document physical status, verify repairs, and contact you with confirmation.

24h Return Ship
We replace the hardware using your chosen part grade, bench-test it, and post it back via special next-day delivery.
