Craftsmanship Reimagined

The Story Behind PhoneSmith

In traditional metalworking, a “smith” is a skilled artisan who carefully shapes raw materials with heat, tools, and experience. Modern pocket companions—our screens and motherboards—deserve that exact level of meticulous craft.

We established PhoneSmith because we were frustrated by the lack of integrity in the repair sector: the usage of cheap low-contrast copy screens sold as ‘genuine’, and unpredictable turnaround periods. We chose to operates with zero physical storefront overheads. Instead, we reinvest that capital into premium cleanroom diagnostics vans, factory-spec screen procurement, and thorough certification training for every technician.

Meticulous Sourcing

We acquire OEM panels from verified global supply lines. For budget aftermarket LCD/OLED models, we subject batches to rigorous color temperature tests before installation.
